Order Policy – Zenvy Store

Zenvy Store only accepts orders through our official website and WhatsApp number mentioned on our page.

After placing an order, our team will contact you for confirmation call/message. Orders not confirmed by customer may be cancelled automatically.

Delivery time is usually 3–7 working days all over Pakistan. Remote areas may take longer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most cities of Pakistan.

Customers are requested to provide correct name, address and phone number. Wrong information can cause cancellation.

Zenvy Store has the right to cancel any suspicious or fake order.

If customer refuses the parcel after confirmation, we may block that number for future orders.

Please make an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel for any claim, exchange or missing item.
